Lawmakers have passed a bill in the House that requires Colorado health insurance carriers to include prenatal care and birth control coverage.  All individual health insurance plans offered to women must provide these benefits.  These new laws will lead to healthy pregnancies.

The Colorado health insurance bill is to provide a minimum of one policy that covers maternity care. It will make it mandatory that Colorado health insurance policies cover  maternity coverage and contraception. The bills is recommended by Beth McCann of Denver.
