30 state House Republican lawmakers urged passage of legislation that would guarantee Pennsylvanians the right to choose Pennsylvania health insurance, regardless of federal mandates.
Pennsylvania is 1 of 25 states, including Ohio and West Virginia that has legislation that will allow the state to “opt out” of federal Pennsylvania health insurance mandates. In seven other states, legislators stated their intent to do the same.
