Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas is implementing a program to emphasize wellness and manage diseases. It is called the medical home program. Participants include the Medical Clinic of North Texas and Village Health Partners. The two gorups provide care for over 20,000 members in Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Collin and Johnson counties.
