Traditional Plus includes coverage for preventive, basic, and major services. You can go to network and non-network dentists.

Humana Dental Traditional Plus Plan

No deductibles and low copayments with coverage for preventive care services like routine cleanings after applicable copayment. Choose a dentist from the Humana dental network of over 5,000 primary care dentists nationwide. There are No waiting periods, No claims to file, and No annual maximums. You have the freedom to select any participating dentist as your primary care dentist.

With Humana Dental you pay your dentist directly, when applicable. Your primary care dentist will provide all of your routine dental care and any copayment or discounted charges will be paid at the time of service. If you need a specialty dentist, you’ll receive a 25 percent discount by using one of the participating specialty dentists from the Humana health Insurance dental network.

Humana Dental Preventive Plus Plan

No copayments, and deductibles starting at just $50 with coverage for most preventive care services like routine cleanings after applicable copayment. There are over 130,000 in-network dentist locations nationwide. You have the freedom to go out of network.

Calendar-year deductible $50 per individual on the plan, (excludes discount services)
